As educational reform deepens,extracurricular tutorial and educational industry in China gradually develops into a large one and has already become a vital component of Chinese national education.Since extracurricular tutorial education is mostly converted and extended from the remaining educational resources of public schools,a scarcity and unbalanced distribution of high-quality educational resources further induces the appearance of extracurricular tutorial and educational market that enriches the present education system and further satisfies the diversified demand for education of the masses.Particularly in recent years,employment situation becomes increasingly grim and the fierce competition makes parents feel concern more about and expect more from the education of children so that they invest a large amount of time and money in it.The brisk demand for extracurricular tutorials and education leads to a fast growth of this market and hence problems occur which thus requires timely researches,analyses,solution seeking and proposing.YOUWIN Education Group,concentrating on enhancing learning methods,cultivating learning abilities,constructing self-study communities and improving academic performance,is a famous enterprise in the field of extracurricular tutorials and education for primary and middle schools.This thesis,with Youwin Group as an example,from the aspects of teaching methods optimization,self-study ability promotion,studies the marketing strategies of extracurricular tutorial institutions for middle and primary school students.This thesis,while giving a preliminary discussion of this group based on the principle of market segmentation,the selection of target market and the positioning of the group's market,emphasizes the perspectives of promotion optimization and the refining of the tutorial process and probes into the discussion by adopting the 7Ps Theory of Booms.Current marketing situation of tutorial institutions for middle and primary school students are analyzed and diagnoses are made as to existing problems and their causes.Adopting SWOT analysis method,the author combs the market opportunities,threats,advantages and disadvantages ofYouwin Group.On the basis of general analyses and combining the present marketing strategies of this Group and its problems,the author puts forward scientific,reasonable,targeted and operableoptimization programs,including top-level design of the concept,the organizational support and the collocation of mix marketing strategy.This thesis in the end concludes studies and researches on the marketing strategies of tutorial institutions for middle and primary school students and puts forward prospects.Marketing is the ultimate leverage for enterprise operation.Excellent marketing strategies meet the urgent demands of customer market and promote customer service.Effective marketing strategies are the prerequisites for the survival,the development and the growth of the enterprises.It is hoped that the studies and analyses in this thesis would make certain contribution to the smooth development of extracurricular tutorial institutions for middle and primary school students.
