Tennis requires the athletes' s strong agility,which is the ability of adapting to changes quickly,targeting according to the changes of ball accurately and as quickly as possible,focusing on slowing down and reaccelerating,including changing direction and movement at any possible moment.The important of agility in the tennis training is well-known.There are many sort of training theory,but Plyometrics is regarded as the most effective one.This thesis takes the document data method,the interviewing method,the observation method,the data statistics method,the comparative analysis method and the experimental method to investigate the reason,result and the range of influence of the impact of Plyometrics applied on the tennis asletes.Through the subject of experimental group and control group for 8 weeks,the experimental group and control group under the condition of the training content is consistent,The experimental group is involved in reinforcement training methods for training,The control group not join reinforcement training method.At the end of the training for a period of 8 weeks,after the experimental group and control group comparison and analysis of the test data,we find out the factors that plyometrics applied on the agility of the tennis players,which would Provide theoretical reference for tennis training in the future.(In this paper,we study field is mainly on hard court,except the clay and grass field)Though after he subject of experimental group and control group for 8 weeks,under the same condition,the each scores of them all is advanced,but the score of lower limbs power of experimental group presents a significant difference(P<0.01)while the control group presents a no significant difference(P<0.05).So as the result in the agility scores.According to these differences between experimental group and control group,we could draw a conclusion that Plyometrics could make the performance of lower limbs power and agility better.Studied by the experiment,we could come to two conclusion: First of all,reinforced training,include low limbs power training and agility training would improve the ability of moving to hit the ball,the accuracy of targeting the ball and the instantaneous hitting power as well as the sports coordination of tennis player.Second,in the suitable training intensity,the reinforced training applied to the regular training will provide tennis coaches and athletes some rational and scientific effective reference and support.The thesis aims at investigating the impact that plyometrics have on the agility of tennis player,promoting the cognition of the importance of the agility which could be trained by reasonable methods,drawing specific attention on the agility training,meanwhile implementing effective training methods.All in all,innovate these training method to get a better and more effective result.
