| The purpose of this study was to study whether the dynamic stretch and foam rolling and the different form of combine of these two kinds of the stretch could improve the performance of the agility of the amateur adolescent tennis player. This study used Single-factor randomized block experimental design, which blocked30experimental subject to six team which included five person according to the result of the hexagon agility test. The experimental treatment included no stretch(N), dynamic stretch(D), foam rolling(F), dynamic stretch+foam rolling(DF), foam rolling+dynamic stretch(FD), and the N was seamed control group, which did5minutes jugging as warm-up, and others were seamed experimental group, which did5minutes jogging firstly and then accepted D, F, DF, FD, respective Finally, the subjects were tested by the hexagon agility testThe main experimental results are as follows:1. The test result of experimental group was greater than the control group. The result of only experimented by dynamic stretch was higher than others experimented by other treatment.Dynamic stretch, foam rolling and the combine of these two stretch (both before and after), had positive effect on the performance of immediate agility, but, there was no significant difference between them.2. After being undertook5mins experimental intervention, dynamic stretch and foam rolling could improve the performance of the agility of the subject yet, with no significant difference. However, there was no significant difference between the combine of the dynamic stretch and foam rolling and no stretch.3. After being undertook the second5mins experimental intervention, with the time going, dynamic stretch and foam rolling had positive effect on the performance of the agility of the amateur adolescent tennis player yet. But the combine of t dynamic stretch and foam rolling effecting on the performance of the agility of the amateur adolescent tennis player had no significant difference with combine of these two stretch in the no stretching condition.4. On the Longitudinal comparison, there was no significant difference in every experimental treatment. |
