This article aims to comprehensively and in-depth understanding of the current status of the development of large-scale open online courses in universities in our country and the development of MOOCs in the theoretical courses of physical education departments.It will further explore the current status of MOOC course monitoring in the sports faculties theoretical courses,and construct suitable for the sports specialty.The new idea of the MOOC teaching monitoring system in the theoretical course provides reference for the development of MOOC platform in colleges and universities.The literature structure,online survey,logic analysis,system design,and software engineering methods are used to deeply understand the structure and function of college MOOC platforms;The meticulous analysis of the existing problems leads to the following conclusions:1.The investigation and analysis of the development status of the MOOCs in the theoretical courses of physical education departments concludes that the MOOC platform of the theory courses of physical education departments is not sufficient in the course monitoring system.Based on information theory,system theory,and teaching cybernetics as the theoretical basis,and on the premise of following the principles of sustainability,cross-platform,government leadership,high-broadband,practicality,compatibility,and security,the theoretical curriculum of college sports departments in China The MOOC monitoring system has been reconstructed to provide some reference for the perfection of the MOOC monitoring system for theoretical courses in sports departments.2.The number of national sports exquisite courses offered by the MOOC course of the Department of Physical Education and Sports is relatively small,and it is relatively single.The quality of the course teaching is lacking in comparison with each other.Due to the lack of MOOC platform's own monitoring system,the disadvantages of communication between teachers and students have not been well resolved,which has led to the failure of the demonstration of the National Sports Excellence Open Course.The MOOC platform's functional deficiencies and slower update rate have resulted in more serious cheating in the MOOC teaching process,which has affected MOOC teaching quality to some extent.3.Nowadays,information technology is becoming more and more mature.From the perspective of technology,the construction of the MOOC monitoring system based on the physical education department theories course is adopted.The hardware processing speed and storage capacity can fully meet the software's operating speed.Face recognition technology and keystroke biometrics technology have been improved and implanted into the university MOOC monitoring system.They have played a positive role in breaking the barriers of physical education in universities,realizing the sharing of physical education resources in universities,and implementing the education fairness policies proposed by the state..4.Through the re-construction of the MOOC monitoring system for the sports course theoretical course,the clock-controlled face recognition technology and keystroke biometric recognition technology are used to achieve real-time monitoring of learners participating in MOOC learning.The application of face recognition technology and keystroke biometrics technology needs to first collect the source data and store the collected data in the server database.When the MOOC learner enters the platform to learn,the server can trigger the clock at any time to collect the learner's Real-time data is returned to the database,and then the database compares the collected information with the source data to achieve real-time monitoring.
