Private kindergarten teachers social identity is the state of the overall perception and understanding,includes sense of achievement,ability of knowledge,emotional attachment of the group,individual image,prestige of the position.Private kindergarten social identity is the symbol position and meaning in the social structure.Understanding of private kindergarten social identity is play an important role in evaluating the value of self-education,promoting their professional development and reducing the flow of private kindergarten teachers.At the same time,exploring the characteristics of private kindergarten teachers' social identity,it can provide reference data for government agencies,education departments,teachers colleges and Universities.This study focuses on the cognitive status of private kindergarten teachers' social identity,discusses the differences in demographic variables,job status variables and kindergarten background variables,understand the high and low cognitive level of private kindergarten teachers' cognitive status of social identity using cognitive experiment,analyzes the characteristics of the cognition of the social identity of private kindergarten teachers,and puts forward some suggestions for the cognition of the social identity of private kindergarten teachers.On the basis of previous literature analysis and interviews,this study follows the scientific research program,through the item analysis,exploratory factor analysis,reliability and validity test,form questionnaire investigation is included value effect,knowledge ability,emotional attachment,teacher image,prestige five dimensions,26 items.Select the southwest private kindergarten teachers 450 people were investigated using stratified sampling method,377 valid questionnaires.This paper analyzes the cognitive status of the social identity of the private kindergarten,and analyzes the differences of the demographic variables,the position variables and the kindergarten background variables.Conclusions are as follows:(1)the cognitive status of private kindergarten teachers' social identity is unbalanced,and the cognitive level is different.The difference in the level of each dimension is obvious,the cognition level of the private kindergarten teachers' knowledge ability is the highest,and the cognitive level of prestige is the lowest.It shows that the cognition of social identity of private kindergarten teachers is unstable and unclear.(2)the private kindergarten teachers have significant differences in gender,age,seniority,monthly income,position,degree,park position,kindergarten grade,kindergarten classification.The cognition of the social identity of female private kindergarten teachers is significantly higher than that of male;The cognition of the social identity of private kindergarten teachers of each factor and total score increased with age,seniority,monthly income increase;The cognition of the social identity of private kindergarten teachers of each factor and total score decreased with position of private kindergarten teachers,kindergarten level,classification of kindergarten reduced;The cognition of the social identity of private kindergarten teachers of each factor and total score Declined with the growth of education;The cognition of social identity of private kindergarten teachers in county is higher than that in urban areas,township;The cognition of the social identity of private kindergarten teachers of each factor and total score have no difference in the grade of teachers and the nature of private kindergartens.Select 27 subjects in the high score group and 26 subjects in the low score group from“social identity of private kindergarten teachers cognitive questionnaire ”,encoding experiment.Conclusions are as follows:(1)High group on the number of positive items and the correct amount of positive items higher than the low group;(2)Low group on the number of negative items and the correct amount of negative items higher than the high group;(3)There is no significant difference in the encoding of neutral items;(4)The high group have more bias on the positive items,and the low group have more bias on the negative items.In this study,discuss the cognitive characteristics of the social identity of private kindergarten teachers from demographic variables,job status variables and kindergarten background variables.The study puts forward five levels operation suggestions to make the cognition of the social identity of private kindergarten teachers tend to be stable and normal.As follows:enhance the sense of work efficiency,improve the professional knowledge ability,enhance the individual group attachment,internalize the self image representation,enhance the prestige of the position.
