Teacher authority is the strength to make students trust and obey during the teaching process.Without it,teachers cannot maintain the normal teaching order and achieve the goal of "educating people".Education is a kind of unique cultural activities,and there is a close relationship between teacher authority and cultural development.Cultural changes could affect the connotation,characteristics,function,modes of action of teacher authority.With the coming of the era of pre figurative culture,the authority of teachers has encountered practical difficulties and faced certain unprecedented challenges.Based on the perspective of cultural transmission,this paper used literature method,observation method,interview method,comparison research method and so on,to analyze the transformation and reconstruction of teacher authority in the Pre-figurative Culture Age,so as to deepen the understanding of teacher authority and provide guidance on reasonable orientation and functioning of teacher authority in the new era.The evolution of teacher authority was influenced by changes of different culture.So studying it under the cultural view can not only provide a new perspective but also deepen the understanding of the authority of teachers.In addition,to study the transformation and reconstruction of teacher authority under this view can make the research more in-depth and comprehensive.This paper included following five sections:Firstly,the background,significance,method,content,basic structure,innovation and drawbacks of this study were introduced.Secondly,the relationship between culture and teacher authority and the influence of cultural change on teacher authority were analyzed.Thirdly,from the angle of history,changes of teacher authority under different cultures were analyzed,and the division basis and the process of transformation on post figurative culture,co-figurative culture and pre figurative culture were explained.The characteristics of teacher authority in the Post-figurative Culture Age and the Co-figurative Culture Age,and the Challenges of teacher authority in the Pre-figurative Culture Age were also studied.Fourth,by exploring the development trend of teacher authority in the Pre-figurative Culture Age,we further discussed a variety of difficulties faced by teacher authority in this age,and analyzed the influence of the culture on teacher authority from different point of view,to lay the foundation for seeking the solution in the next section.Lastly,integrated with practice,how to transform and restructure teacher authority were analyzed from the teacher's legal authority,professional authority,traditional authority and charismatic authority.
