Objective:Through the 16 week ball yoga intervention, the changes of various indicators of balance ability of subjects in the experimental group and the control group before and after the ball yoga intervention were compared, and then the impact of ball yoga intervention on the balance ability of elderly women was demonstrated. It provides fitness value for the elderly women to scientifically adjust their body balance and exercise their lower limb muscles,so as to promote the elderly women to have a healthy physical state and improve their quality of life.Methods:40 elderly women aged 60-69 were divided into two groups,20 in the experimental group and 20 in the control group. The experimental group received 16 weeks of ball yoga practice, while the control group received no intervention. The two groups of elderly female subjects were tested for the relevant indicators of balance ability before and after the experiment, and the test results were compared and analyzed.Forty elderly women were tested for static balance, dynamic balance, fall risk and body composition.Results:1.In the static balance test, through the independent sample t-test,before the experiment, the P values of standing stability, long shaking track of eye opening center of gravity, long shaking track of eye closing center of gravity, oval area of eye opening single foot, oval area of eye closing single foot, average value of eye opening x-axis and average value of eye closing X-axis in the experimental group and the control group were greater than 0.05,and there was no statistical difference. After the experiment, through the paired sample t-test,there were significant differences in the experimental group before and after the experiment, such as standing stability P=0.005,the length of shaking track of center of gravity with eyes open P=0.004,the length of shaking track of center of gravity with eyes closed P=0.047,the oval area of one foot with eyes open P=0.011,the oval area of one foot with eyes closed P=0.029,the average value of x-axis with eyes open P=0.011 and the average value of x-axis with eyes closed P=0.022.In the control group, the standing stability P=0.080,the shaking track length of the center of gravity with eyes open P=0.149,the shaking track length of the center of gravity with eyes closed P=0.149,the oval area of one foot with eyes open P=0.073,the oval area of one foot with eyes closed P=0.087,the average value of x-axis with eyes open P=0.063 and the average value of x-axis with eyes closed P=0.060,respectively,had no significant difference.2.In the dynamic balance test, through the independent sample t-test,the P values of closed eyes and standing still, double foot stability limit and single foot stability limit in the experimental group and the control group before the experiment were greater than 0.05,and there was no significant difference. After the experiment, through the paired sample t-test,the closed eyes and standing still experimental group P=0.0019.Control group P=0.617;The stability limit of both feet in the experimental group P=0.050 and the control group P=0.166;Single foot stability limit: P=0.015 in the experimental group and P=0.082 in the control group. After the experiment, there was significant difference in the dynamic balance of the experimental group, but there was no significant difference in the control group.3.In the fall risk test, the pvalues of the experimental group and the control group before the experiment were greater than 0.05,and there was no significant difference. After the experiment, the fall risk index of the experimental group was P=0.005,with a very significant difference. The fall risk index of the control group was P=0.314,with no significant change.Conclusion:1.Ball yoga intervention improves the static balance ability of elderly women.During the normal basic activities of elderly women, the body shaking amplitude is significantly reduced after the ball yoga practice, and the body shaking amplitude is significantly reduced after the ball yoga practice, which improves the stability of the body.It is further demonstrated that insisting on ball yoga intervention can improve the static balance ability of elderly women.2.Ball yoga can improve the dynamic balance ability of elderly women, enhance the stability of the body, improve the sense of space and noumenon, and effectively improve vestibular dysfunction.3.Ball yoga practice can effectively reduce the risk of falls in elderly women by improving the ability of nerves to control muscles.
