Anhui, the author of this paper investigation and analysis on the effect of taijiquan exercise fitness, in order to further understand anhui fuyang college student the present situation of the effect of taijiquan exercise fitness, strengthen students’ understanding of taijiquan and relevant knowledge of the role of fitness, taijiquan in colleges and universities to promote and popularize for the future reference. Using the literature material method, interview method, experimental method, mathematical statistics, comprehensive analysis, the fuyang college students body shape, body quality, physiology and psychology of a number of indicators, the following conclusions:1.the body form: before and after the experiment, male, female weight change significantly, loss of weight. Forearm scarf, calf, thigh circumference, waist, hip circumference changes obviously. BMI, FAT %, FAT, LBW these four indicators change significantly, but the index of waist-to-hip ratio before and after the change was not significant.2.physical quality: before and after the experiment, which reflect human body strength quality grip strength and back strength, men and women all have obvious change, male subjects rise more than female subjects; ZuoWeiTi proneness indexes both men and women rose, female subjects flexibility increase obviously higher than that of male subjects; Close the single foot standing time metrics, female and male balance changes obviously; Contrast the balance ability of men and women, male subjects balance is greater than the female subjects before and after exercise.3.physiology: male, female rhythm of the heart, blood pressure and vital capacity change significantly before and after the experiment.4.psychological health: the male, the female mental health changes before and after the experiment, the factor scores were lower than before exercise, including somatization, force, depression, anxiety, hostility, paranoia, psychosis scores significantly lower than before exercise, interpersonal, fear factor score significantly lower than that of tai chi exercise before. This shows that taijiquan exercise to improve the mental health of teenagers have a positive effect.
