Third-grade Class-A Comprehensive Hospitals In Shanxi Province To Carry Out The Medical Social Work Service Research

With the constant improvement of the government's emphasis on social work,medical social work also ushered in the rapid development in our country.Because of the influence of the economic,policy,culture and other aspects,medical social workers have significant regional development.In such a social background,this paper draw lessons from the successful experience of the medical affair social work service,considering the actual in Shanxi Province.On the basis of extensive research,we understood cognition and demand of the medical staff and patients for medical social work services.On this basis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures to carry out the localization of medical social work services: first,the construction of medical service linkage service system;second,refinement of medical social work services;third,setting up in the form of social workers in hospital through the project.By the doctor-patient support group and community health campaigns,social service medical certification measures proposed in this paper is feasible.It also found the plight of the medical social work indigenization in the process of practice,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:First,increase publicity to medical social workers;Second,improve the medical social workers' degree of self recognition and social identity;Third,the service content refinement of medical social workers;Fourth,the introduction of medical social conduct;Fifth,the medical social workers access to health management department approval;Sixth,strive for economic and policy support from the government.
