Many domestic and foreign educators are devoted to the study of students with mathematical learning difficulties in mathematics teaching in rural junior middle schools.The author who carried out practice education in rural schools for three years has more profound understanding to this phenomenon.For the investigation and research on the problem of students with mathematical learning difficulties and transformation strategy analysis,a large number of first-hand original materials are collected through questionnaire and face-to-face interview to the students with mathematical learning difficulties.In addition,combined with the author's three-yearwork experience in front line of teaching and a large number of collected reference data,the author compiled these information into papers and summed up the main causes in the formation of students with mathematical learning difficulties in mathematics teaching in rural junior middle school(A school);moreover,the author carried out an investigation and research in such aspects as students' psychological states,subject characteristics,classroom teaching,family and social environment and individual differences in students,etc.In order to complete the research subject,the author adopted a series of methods to carry out research including questionnaire survey method,interview record method,literature review method,experience summary method and so on;in addition,the author analyzed and summarized specific causes for the formation of students with mathematical learning difficulties.For example,the main causes include: the factors of the students themselves,i.e.poor adaptive capacity,unclear learning motive,lack of learning interest in mathematics,weak studying will,knowledge defects and cognitive bias of the students;internal factors of family,i.e.no one cares for them due to their parents' divorce,generation-skipping education of the left-behind children,overhigh-expected high-pressure environment;teachers and social factors,i.e.unsound educational mechanism,selectively abandon of some students for good scores,temptation of online games,mobile popularity and penetration of network bad information,etc.In this regard,the author put forward some transformation strategies aiming at these practical problems,and proposed transformation measures from theoretical support and in practice as well as from the perspective ofschool and family.In the meantime,the author also proposed to promote family-school communication,co-build a harmonious and effective environment so as to make the strategy achieve maximized efficiency.Through the study and analysis to this subject,the author hoped that he could seek for some positive factors and methods that can improve the learning situation of the students with mathematical learning difficulties so as to enhance the self-confidence of the students with mathematical learning difficulties in mathematics learning.
