Education practice is an educational practice,which aims at improving the students' education and teaching practice ability under the organization of school and the guidance of teachers.It is the only way to cultivate qualified teachers.For the consolidation of normal students' professional thinking,the comprehensive use of the knowledge,training basic education and teaching skills Education practice,education practice has a positive meaning.It is the first step for the pre-teachers to be teachers.In a sense,it directly affects the quality of teachers' cultivation.This study focuses on the work of Q pre-school education professional,education practice by the questionnaire survey,interviews and other methods to understand Q school,students and kindergartens' real situation to analyze the impact of the effectiveness of educational practice,what caused these problems.The author tries to seek the countermeasures of the problems.The first part explains related concepts about the pre-school education and professional education practice,research content,significance,methods.This part is to understand the current research status and do some research and sort out relevant domestic and foreign research results.The second part does investigation and study on the status of Q school professional education practice,mainly by the questionnaire survey and interviews.We investigated the three sides: Q school,interns,and kindergartens.Through the analysis and collation of the questionnaire survey and the contents of the interview,we understand the view of the educational practice at different levels and find out the problems that affect the effective work of the education practice.The problems include that the management of Q school's education practice is not tight;kindergarten education practice is out of touch,and teacher's professional development is too single;kindergarten leaders are lack of knowledge of internships;the interns are poor in professionalism.The third part analyzes the causes of the existence of school,students' and kindergarten's in Q school pre-school educational practice.The fourth part puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according the problems in education practice.Including attention to the preparation of educational practice,the formation of a scientific and effective education practice system,etc.We should establish a sound,be strict in forming practice management system and do a good job of "double teachers" to train the teachers.It is necessary to establish depth Cooperation with kindergarten to strengthen the practice base construction.
