With the development of industry and society,the demand for skilled talents becomes more and more important,which makes vocational education become more and more important form of education,and its quality is the focus of attention.Practical teaching can fully enhance the teaching effectiveness of vocational education,and practice as one of the typical form,has been widely used in China's vocational colleges.The implementation process of the internship is the process of government,internships,schools and students to participate in the process,in which the role of government is the policy guide and the implementation of the system of protection,the enterprise is to play supporters and the ultimate beneficiaries Role,and the most important subject of the project,namely secondary vocational schools,who must take on the responsibility of organizing and managing in this activity.On the current actual situation,the implementation of internships in vocational schools,the effectiveness of the implementation of large differences,internship management has a certain complexity,and exposed many problems.It is necessary to actively study and explore the management of internship management of middle vocational students,which is not only the need to promote the students' all-round development to meet the demands of social talents,but also to promote the reform and development of vocational education.To this end,select the four vocational schools in Zhejiang Province and some of the professional internship students as the survey object,the use of questionnaires,interviews and case studies,combing the basic situation of internship,preparation,process management,assessment Situation and satisfaction status.According to the results of the survey,the author analyzes the management role of different subjects in different stages of internships.It is found that there are the following problems: First,the school management work is not in place,such as inadequate preparation,imperfect management,unscientific evaluation;Second,the students self-management loose,mainly cognitive deficiencies,self-control ability is not strong and summed up reflection is not enough;Third,the enterprise management functions are not due diligence,refers to the lack of support,education and guidance function is not played.Then,from the school level,student level,enterprise level and the government level of the above problems to do the analysis of the reasons,and accordingly put forward to strengthen and improve the vocational students internship management practices and recommendations: the school should fully assume the management responsibilities,Students should take the initiative to participate in the internship,to enhance the ability of independent learning and self-management;enterprises should correctly understand the internship and actively perform the coordination function;the government should be in the policy and regulations,funding and other aspects of effective Play its guiding role.
