With the deepening system reform of higher education in China,university and college teachers are faced with a series of challenges and opportunities.In the process of seize opportunities and challenges,university and college teachers who are under pressure are easy to feel anxiety,depression,burnout and produce different degree of job burnout.If combined with its feel less organizational support,will be more exhaustion.In addition,some universities and colleges internal haven't set up specifically psychological assistance or service organizations,universities and colleges in the consultancy also mostly to provide related services for students,teachers' lack of corresponding relief channels,in the long time,will not only directly influence teachers' physical and mental health,work efficiency,also can give a immeasurable negative impact of student,school and even social.In the forefront of reform and opening-up in Guangdong province,how is the job burnout,organizational support and EAP requirements and use situation of colleges and universities teachers?What is the cause of this situation?Should take measures to alleviate university teachers' job burnout,increase the organizational support,improve teachers' actual use of EAP?These problems are to be discussed.In view of this,universities and colleges teachers in Guangdong province as the research object,this study adopts questionnaire survey,investigates the Guangdong university teachers' job burnout,organizational support and EAP requirements and use,the difference in the overall situation and the relationship between,and analyzes the mediation effect of organizational support.The results showed that:1.in terms of job burnout,university teachers' emotional exhaustion,research exhausted feeling and reduced personal accomplishment and overall level is relatively good,were significantly lower than the mean theory;but there is still a part of teachers have job burnout problems,high group teachers in addition to the personal accomplishment decrease,always divide other dimensions and scale were significantly higher than the mean theory;And college teachers organization to humanization is relatively serious problem,ranked first,emotional exhaustion,research exhausted feeling issues in second and third places respectively,personalfulfillment problems relative to the light,in the end.2.in the aspect of organizational support,university teachers feel relatively few organizational support,organizational support always divide significantly lower than the mean theory;Some teachers from the organization's nearly impossible to find more support,teachers' low questionnaire will divide the total mean and the mean 1 was significantly lower than theory.3.in terms of EAP requirements and use,universities and colleges teachers' subjective demand of EAP is relatively strong,higher than the mean theory;the actual use of EAP less than the mean theory;And passive use significantly more active,passive use total share is significantly higher than the initiative for help.College teachers in EAP requirements and use some significant gender differences,age difference,the difference of the title,the marriage differences,the types of schools.4.in job burnout,organizational support and EAP the relationship between the demand and use of job burnout and organizational support,very significant negative correlation between job burnout and EAP significant positive correlation between the subjective demand,job burnout and the actual use of EAP that there was a significant negative correlation between organizational support and a significant positive correlation between actual use of EAP.5.In terms of the mediating effect of organizational support,organizational support has a mediating effect between job burnout and the actual use of EAP;In addition to organizational support,there are other intermediary variables between job burnout and the subjective needs of EAP,which requires further research to be verified.Finally,according to the above results,Guangdong province,analyzed the university teachers' job burnout,organizational support and EAP requirements and use of the cause of the status,and put forward the relevant countermeasures and Suggestions,in order to alleviate the teachers' job burnout,increase the perceived organization support,improve its actual use of EAP,promote the development of university teachers' physical and mental health to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance.
