The Research Of The Situation, Issues And Suggestions Of Postgraduate Students Joint Training Base Of Professional Degree In Engineering Field Of Guangdong Province

The cultivation of professional degree graduate students has been a hot topic in the field of higher education practice and research,which is determined by the current realistic social demand.At present,the higher education field of many countries are adapting to the multi-standard,high-level and high-volume needs of the specialized and applied talents initiatively,and actively adjusting the target and mode of talent training.The postgraduate education of professional degree is in line with the demand of this time need.Besides Guangdong,in order to cultivate the practical ability and innovation ability of the postgraduates of professional degree,the universities in many province has established a large-scale of postgraduate students' joint training base,to cultivate the professional degree postgraduates cooperating with enterprises together..As the province ranked first in economy among other province in China,Guangdong has made an important contribution to China's economic growth.Human resource has important strategic significance in the social and economic development of Guangdong Province.In order to fully understand the work of talent cultivate of the training base in Guangdong province and analyze the main problems in personnel training,I have carried on a research on the present situation,existing problems and suggetions to the joint training base of postgraduates in engineering field in Guangdong province.The significance of this study lies in the theoretical enrichment of the theoretical understanding of the professional training of professional graduate students,and provides the basis for the formulation of relevant policies in practice.On the basis of the literature analysis method,this study makes an empirical study on the personnel training of the joint training base of postgraduates in engineering field in Guangdong province through the interview research method and the questionnaire survey method.The first chapter of this paper introduces the significance of this study,research methods,etc.,and the existing literature were reviewed.The second chapter explores the important stakeholders and the driving force of the complex system of the joint training base.The third chapter studies the current situation of personnel training in the joint training base from the aspects of cultivating resource investment,cultivating plan developing,joint training of graduate students,the implementation situation of double tutor system,postgraduate management and cultivating quality assessment and evaluation methods.The fourth chapter studies the main problems in the joint training of the base: one is the instability of the joint cultivation base;the second is the problem of the double tutor system;the third is the existence of the professional practice of graduate students;the forth is communication problems between the university and enterprises(research institutes).Chapter 5 puts forward the relevant suggestions to ensure the smooth development of the talent training work of the joint training base: The university should strengthen the communication and cooperation with the cooperative units,taking fully advantage of their superiority;the cooperation units should improve the management of the outside mentor,and strengthen the communication between colleges and universities;internal and external tutors should strengthen the cooperation with each other and take advantage of their superiority;the government should promote the cooperation of the base by the policy and the fund;at the same time the mechanism construction of the joint training base should be improved,paying attention to the comprehensive training of graduate students of professional degree.
