With the advancement of technology,the development of the economic globalization and the adjustment of industrial structure,community has put forward higher requirements for employees,which with rich professional knowledge and capability,emphasizing their abilities of applied quality and creativity,Full 一 time Professional Degree’s education comes into being.it is an effective way to train high-quality application-oriented professionals. Therefore, professional ability developing should be used as the core of Full-time Professional Degree’s education.This paper divided into five chapters: Chapter One Introduction, explains the background, summarizes the situation on the proposed idea of this research and research methods. Chapter Two mainly researches on concept of Full-time professional degree and its related concepts, and put forward the theory basis of model construction.,that is Brubacher’s philosophy of higher education,marxist theory of human’s comprehensive development and social system theory. Then analyzes the applicability, professional and academic is the essential connotation of full-time professional degree postgraduate training mode.Chapter Three analyzes the current full-time professional degree graduate education situation in our country in the process of ignoring the cultivation of practical ability and professional ability. Chapter Four of the United States and Japan masters degree in the graduate education,which pay attention to develop student’s professional ability. Their implications provides some references for our full-time graduate professional degree training mode. Chapter Five through the above course modules, it is necessary for training objectives to train graduate students practical skills and professional competence as the main line. During Training process, course and teaching materials to highlight the practical and embody the needs of the industry;to establish double tutorial teams through various channels it should reflected professionalism;Schools should actively establish the practice teaching base so as to strengthen students’ practice abilities. In the end, to form "Vocational Ability-oriented" diversified quality assessment system.Construction of vocational ability-oriented full-time professional degree graduates training mode is a long process that requires continuous improvement in practice,in order to meet the needs of social and economic development,to service country’s economic better.
