Under the trend of our country to develop full-time master degree of professional degree postgraduates,pre-school education master degree has been developing rapidly in recent years.At the same time as the investment of countries in the field of preschool education is bigger and bigger,the public's perception of preschool education is comprehensive,in such a background,the applied talents' demand and requirements of pre-school education are constantly improved in the country and society.The training scheme plays an important role in guaranteeing education quality of pre-school education full-time master's degree.However,due to the late development of pre-school education master's degree,the research on training program is relatively few,and society not pay enough attention to the problems.From the training effect,it did not achieve the expected goal completely.In this study,we used the text analysis method and comparative analysis method to analyze the overall and comparative analysis of the training scheme of 14 institutions selected through random sampling.The overall analysis mainly includes the analysis of the selection of training programs and the analysis of the specific contents of the training program.The comparative analysis mainly includes the analysis of the training objectives and requirements,the years of study,the analysis of the training mode and the analysis of the curriculum setting.Through analyzing our country' preschool education of full-time master's degree training program' education object is still not specific enough,the cultivate years are too short,training methods are single and curriculum problems are incomplete.According to above result of research,suggestions for improvement of training programs for pre-school education full-time master degree programs: 1.Training objectives and requirements: The requirements of cultivating the physical and mental health of the training objects,defining the requirements on the direction of employment in the training target,in each link of the paper,the participation of external tutors is clearly required.2.About the years of study and cultivation methods: To increase the study years of cultivation object and attach importance to the combination of multiple learning methods;3.About curriculum setting:To reduce public compulsory courses and to establish public elective courses,increasing the number of professional elective courses,refined practice and divide credits setting of practice reasonable,providing opportunity to discuss problems between students and tutors.
