With the continuous development of China's economy and society,high-end research talent to become an important driving force for social development.In response to the progress of the times,China has expanded the graduate-level training scale in higher education of graduate students,especially the level of graduate students.However,with the expansion of the scale of graduate education,there have been some problems and phenomena in graduate education.Problems in the training of liberal arts graduate students in some universities of technology are of particular concern.Universities of technology's accumulation is in Liberal Arts relatively inadequate and not provided in time or skilled use of the corresponding management model in the rapid expansion of postgraduate cultivation.As a result,there are a series of outstanding problems in the process of cultivating postgraduate students in liberal arts.For example,some Universities of technology pay attention to the quantity and despise the quality in the graduate student training,and ignore the development needs of graduate students.Meantime,many graduate students also have lots of motivation,their own role recognition and positioning are vaguer,leading to its enthusiasm and initiative to participate in the master's degree not strong,eventually academic waste,get a master's degree only in the master's Diploma.Therefore,this article will study the behavior of postgraduate students of Arts from the perspective of role cognitive,and use descriptive statistics,correlation analysis and variance analysis methods to analyze the present situation and characteristics of the learning behavior and effect of the postgraduate of Arts and explore the relationship between role cognition,learning behavior,learning behavior and role completion effect.At the same time,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the postgraduates' role cognition and stimulate their learning enthusiasm and improve their learning behavior and effect based on theoretical analysis,research results and the actual situation.This paper divide the learning behavior of postgraduates into three dimensions: passive learning behavior,active learning behavior and practical communication behavior.And through the actual investigation and data analysis,this paper draws the following conclusions: The overall role cognitive level of the postgraduate is higher,but there are some deficiencies in the project;Passive learning behaviors are good,but the active learning behavior and practical communication behavior are of poor performance;Overall effect of general role completion is good,but the special role completion is not ideal;Mobile learning has been more common in postgraduate study;"autonomous learning" and "professional practice and scientific research training" have the greatest impact on postgraduate studies.In terms of the relevance of variables,there is a significantly positive relationship between postgraduate students ‘role cognitive and learning behavior;positive relationship between postgraduate students' learning behavior and role completion effect.There was no significant difference in gender between the variables;grade has a significant impact on the general and special completion effects;degree types have significant effects on role conflict cognition,passive learning behavior and general completion effects.
