Research On The Effective Connection Of Track And Field "One-stop" Talent Training In Schools In Guangdong Province

At present,in the process of the construction of track and field reserve talents,the integration mode of sports and education has become the main driving point of the construction of sports power.The "One-series Service" training system of reserve talents based on "primary schools,middle schools and universities" has become the main mode of reform and innovation at this stage.However,with the continuous development of reserve talent training,the "One-series Service" talent training of school track and field has emerged the practical problem of insufficient connection of schools at all levels.Therefore,the research takes the effective connection of track and field "One-series Service" talent training in schools in Guangdong Province as the research object,analyzes the connection status from the three levels of primary schools,middle schools and universities by using the methods of literature,interview of experts,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,and analyzes the connection of reserve talent training.The results are as follows:1.There are clear policies and systems in the segmented connection of track and field reserve talent training of "universities,middle schools and primary schools" in Guangdong Province,but there is a lack of substantive and specific implementation rules and outline at the local school levels.2.In terms of track and field training objectives of "universities,middle schools and primary schools" in Guangdong Province,there are certain differences among the development objectives of schools at all stages.There is a lack of interconnection between lower level schools and higher level schools,and there is a lack of development goal of common training.3.In terms of the track and field system construction of "universities,middle schools and primary schools" in Guangdong Province,the reserve talent training system is not perfect,some schools have not defined the relevant track and field reserve talent management system,and schools at all levels are lack of a stable athlete transportation system,and there is a lack of logistics support.4.In terms of track and field talent training in "universities,middle schools and primary schools" in Guangdong Province,the professional comprehensive ability of track and field coaches highlights certain differences.The higher the school level is,the higher the education,professional title ability and sports technical level of coaches are.At present,there is a lack of full-time coaches in primary and secondary schools,and the continuing education of coaches is insufficient.In terms of student athletes,the source of students in the school is mainly ordinary students,and the performance of each school stage is inconsistent in the way of entering a higher school.The starting time of systematic track and field training is mostly high school,and the technical ability of athletes is relatively insufficient.5.In terms of learning and training of track and field athletes in "universities,middle schools and primary schools" in Guangdong Province,at present,primary and secondary school track and field athletes mainly focus on learning,supplemented by training,which has a great impact on the improvement of special skills,and the contradiction between learning and training in universities is also significant.
