| Track and field events are the most modern Olympic events in the set of gold medals,known as the track and field who have the world’s reputation.The level of track and field reflects the comprehensive strength of a country,so the development of track and field level has been highly valued by every country and region in the world.There is still a big gap between the level of our country’s track and field and the world level.China’s traditional sports project school in 1960 s,the development of traditional sports school not only promoters of school sports,also play an important role in cultivating sports talents for the country,the relationship between the development of China’s athletics.In recent years,there are many problems in the development process of traditional track and field school in china.Therefore,in order to better promote the development of China’s track and field reserve talents,we must reform the traditional track and field school.In this paper,the use of literature,expert interviews,questionnaires,mathematical statistics,logical analysis.This paper analyzes the current situation of the talent training of track and field traditional schools in the seven economic zones of Province,and puts forward the corresponding strategies in order to take the lead of the50 track and field traditional project schools.The results show that:1.The number of schools in the seven major economic zones of Guangdong Province is relatively different among the economic zones,and the number of schools in the traditional areas is relatively low.2.Guangdong Province,the seven major economic zones track and field traditional project school coaches team basically meet the needs of school sports training,coaches age mainly in the 31-40 age stage,education mainly undergraduate,the title is mainly secondary school level.Number of females less than men.Coaches are few in the number of training,the main training content for the theoretical knowledge,lack of practical content.In the scientific research capacity is relatively poor,weak consciousness.More than half of the coaches are not satisfied with the allowance.3.Guangdong Province,the seven major economic areas of traditional school track and field athletes grade to reach the secondary level of the number of small,mainly concentrated in the following three.Athletes selection,mainly based on the results of the Games for the selection criteria,the lack of more scientific way of material selection.4.Most of the entries are short span class,because the throwing and jumping project on the physical quality and form a higher demand,so the number of small.In the training form,the training time is long,which is beneficial to the improvement of athletic performance.However,the training mode of winter and summer vacation is less and it is not conducive to the maintenance of sports state.Refine to the number of weeks of training,3-4 times a week,each time in the 1-2hours of exercise.6.Guangdong Province,the seven major economic areas of traditional school track and field management,are more important.Training funds are obviously insufficient,less special funds and not in place,resulting in the overall level of school training is difficult to achieve the desired results.Special funds form a single source,mainly by the financial allocation,social,corporate funds to sponsor relatively less.7.The tournament mechanism is not perfect,the number of events is small,the number of participating is less,the level is lower,is not conducive to the athletes to improve the overall movement quality.8.Track and field traditional project schools exist "training contradictions",athletes in training,physical and mental fatigue,to a certain extent,the cultural class learning adversely affected.9.At the level of athletes,the men’s group reached a level of first-class sports,the two were relatively large,mainly in the short span;the women’s group reached a small number of people,two mainly concentrated in 200 meters and 400 meters The Jump class to achieve two relatively less. |
