In the context of the increasing importance of social work,the theory of social workers to carry out the theoretical research practice is increasing.Social work is an important means to promote the modernization of national social governance system and governance ability.It has the function of alleviating social contradictions and maintaining social order.Therefore,the establishment of ambitious,professional and stable social workers' personnel conforms to the requirements of the development of the times.It is feasible to study the career development of social workers and pay attention to the development of social workers and improve the career development of social workers.It can effectively enhance the "sense of gain" of social workers and improve the viability of social workers' sustainable development.In this paper,the literature research method and the depth interview method are taken as the basic research methods.Taking the city of Guangzhou as an example,the influencing factors of the career development of the social workers are analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.This paper analyzes the external environment and the internal situation of the social workers' career development from the perspective of the double inscriptions theory,and points out that the professional ethics and moral level of the social workers in Guangzhou affect the sustainability of the career development.Based on the present situation,this paper puts forward that the influencing factors of career development of social workers in Guangzhou are two factors: lack of two factors,lack of explicit and explicit ability,and internal factors of social workers.Therefore,in order to promote the career development of social workers in Guangzhou,we need to strengthen the support of two factors,enhance the explicit and implicit ability,and strengthen the awareness of professional planning from the individual level of social workers and enhance the practical level.
