Through theoretical research and practical application of this research is mainly to achieve the following objectives: first,using "SWOT" to judge the applicability of the micro course teaching in our school basketball teaching;Secondly,based on the teaching system design,the theory of autonomous learning theory,ARCS motivation,such as scientific theory,designed to improve our school's basketball technique teaching of micro teaching mode;Finally,experimental method is used to verify the effect of class teaching in our school's basketball technique teaching practice.Summarizing research materials,conclusion and suggestion,provide related materials for college teachers,provide a reference for improving basketball technical teaching mode.This research adopts literature research,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method,experimental method and logic analysis and other research.Micro basketball technical teaching of our school's application is analyzed,on the basis of reflections on the teaching practice,using the method of teaching experiment on basketball teaching,promote the basketball technique teaching in colleges and universities to provide for the future practice.Lesson through the study of micro technique teaching in our university,the feasibility and effectiveness of using the micro teaching mode to carry out the basketball teaching in our school,can reflect the principal position of students to learn,not only give full play to the subjective initiative of the students,further improve the students' comprehensive ability,promote students' ability of autonomous learning.In this paper,by looking at the years literatures about micro class,teaching design and experimental research,draw the conclusion:(1)On the basis of the characteristics of one hand shoulder shot technology,combined with the micro video attributes,from the class design content-target,the teaching procedure of sequence structure and strategies such as dimension micro video basketball teaching design pattern is designed.Greatly enriched the basketball teaching content system,and provide important reference value for basketball teaching practice.(2)After micro teaching experiment,students dribbling round layup skill evaluation scores increases by 43.23 points to 71.23 points,growth is very obvious;One hand shoulder shot total score(82.70)is much better than before the experiment result,and has significant difference;Micro teaching mode application in our school's basketball technique teaching is an effective,feasible.(3)Survey,84% of the students' self-study basketball in their spare time,67.5% of the students think more profound understanding of basketball technology combining with the video self-study,shows that micro teaching can improve students' ability of self-study,exert the principal role of students in basketball skills.(4)Data showed that 86.4% of the students to use micro class model to other special technology to learn,show that micro class not only enhance the teaching form of novelty,also can improve students' learning interest.
