The national education department requires that we should focus on promoting the reform of education and teaching,not only the reform of teaching concepts,but also the renewal of traditional teaching methods.As a new teaching mode,micro-lesson has been used by many teachers in Physical Education in primary and secondary schools because of its short,compact,diversified and fragmented content.Basketball,as a popular full-court confrontation project in China,is deeply loved by students and the masses.Various forms of basketball competitions held in Colleges and universities emerge one after another.Students' enthusiasm for learning basketball is also growing,and it has become the most popular sports in Colleges and universities.Therefore,it is a new trend to apply micro-lessons to public sports courses in Colleges and universities.The teaching method of micro-lessons makes the best use of classroom teaching time and puts more attention on students so as to teach them in accordance with their aptitude.Students can preview before class,internalize knowledge in class and consolidate knowledge after class so as to improve the teaching effect.In this paper,52 students in two classes of public sports basketball course of Shanxi Normal University are given experimental teaching activities for three months by using the methods of literature,teaching experiment,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.Before the experiment,the students' learning situation is investigated by questionnaire and the students' physical fitness and basic basketball skills are pre-tested.After the experiment,one minute shooting and round-trip shooting were tested and compared.Finally,a questionnaire survey was conducted totest the teaching effect of the micro-lesson teaching model.Come to conclusion:(1)Both micro-class teaching method and traditional teaching method can improve students' basketball skills.For one-minute shooting,round-trip layup and two-handed chest pass and catch technology,micro-class teaching method is better;(2)According to the micro-lesson teaching,students can deeply understand the knowledge of preview,trigger independent thinking,and form the action image,so as to effectively carry out basketball technology learning;(3)Micro-class teaching method can reduce the time for teachers to explain and demonstrate,and give students more practice time.Teachers will also pay more attention to guidance and error correction,so as to help students master motor skills more effectively;(4)By investigating the application of basketball in micro-class and the teaching effect of students in experimental class,it is concluded that micro-class is very helpful in enhancing their interest and enthusiasm in learning and helping students quickly grasp the important and difficult aspects of basketball technology,and is recognized and liked by most students.
