Extracurricular activities is an important part of the education of primary and middle school students,is also one of the important ways to improve students' comprehensive ability.Extracurricular activities should include not only for academic study should also include all kinds of social practice,through a variety of activities to cultivate the students' interest and hobbies,strengthen students' comprehension ability in knowledge.And under the current exam-oriented education system,students' extracurricular activities is increasingly dominated by various training classes,students learning activities cannot perform its intended purpose of training students' psychological.Based on the field of primary and middle school students as investigation object,use the questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics and research methods such as literature analysis of Huzhou city primary and middle school students' extracurricular activity analysis of the status of the investigation,from elementary school students to participate in the activities of extracurricular learning attitude,frequency,type,motivation and experience were studied.Also from students learning anxiety,anxiety,loneliness tendency,to the person selfaccusation tendency,allergic tendency and horror tendency from several aspects such as study of the students' psychological development.Finally,use SPSS to extracurricular activities and psychological current situation of the development of correlation analysis.By studying the following results:First,in lake city elementary and middle school students as subjects of study,students think to participate in extracurricular activities should be also prefer to participate in extracurricular activities,both in extracurricular activities after the home and in school arrangement is given priority to with reading extracurricular activities.In specific for different types of activities such as technological activity,takes an exam the sexual activity,and have time to participate in social activities,etc.Student interest in different learning activities have different differences,mainly comes from the will of the parents in training activities,become the main factor involved in the training of family.Second,Huzhou mental development of primary and middle school students in learning anxiety,loneliness tendency,remorse tendency,allergic tendency,body symptom,horror tendency and impulsive tendency presents different characteristics of different dimensions such as value,grade and gender differences and from all the difference on show different psychological characteristics.Overall the psychological status of women,seventh grade students' psychological condition than other grade students' psychological status more obvious.Third,primary and middle school students of different extracurricular activities and mental health of primary and middle school students show various degrees of relevance,reading can be a positive influence on mental health of primary and middle school students,the frequency of the learning activities and the primary and middle school students tended to allergies and anxiety to the person there exists correlation dimension,the students of different grade and different gender and learning anxiety,there is a correlation tended to blame and loneliness.Research suggests that in order to promote learning activities to the positive role of primary and middle school students' mental health development,in the study should focus on the effect of learning activities,active play to the role of the learning activities,the use of learning activities in different function is analyzed,the reasonable arrangement of students learning activities promote the development of primary and middle school students' mental health.
