The 10 th national games,tianjin tennis team won 1 gold,3 silver and 3 bronze,the 11 th national games,the tianjin team won 4 gold,1 silver and 1 bronze achievement,in the 12 th national games,tianjin team won 4 gold 2 silver and lead the Chinese tennis,tennis has become the advantage of competitive sports project in tianjin,tianjin citizens of tianjin tennis is filled with strong sense of pride,at the same time also arouse the interest of citizen participation in tennis.Through interviews and surveys,it is found that tianjin citizens' interest in the use of tennis not only depends on the development of competitive tennis,but more importantly,tennis itself is an elegant sport,and its unique charm enables men,women and children to find the fun of exercise in tennis.The biggest obstacle to the general public to participate in tennis is hardware problem,the biggest influence is the issue of tennis court,tennis has a broad mass base in tianjin and area of small,high consumption is a barrier to tennis enthusiasts,the increasingly growth of tennis interest demand and the contradiction between the existing tennis facilities gradually increased.Therefore,how to make the best use of the facilities of stadiums and gymnasiums to maximize the efficiency,reflect the maximum benefits and meet the needs of people has become an important issue to be considered,especially the full use of efficient stadiums and gymnasiums.The results show that: 1.With the continuous increase of the masses' fitness awareness,the demand for sports venues is greatly increased.For the citizens of tianjin,the interest in tennis reaches a climax under the influence of the "golden flower of tennis" in tianjin.2.Tianjin institute of physical education is relatively strong in tennis human resources and faculty,with reasonable professional titles and age structure3.To alleviate the problem of idle university stadiums and gymnasiums,and the problem of insufficient space allocation and utilization in spare time,a set of "professional management" mode of university stadiums and gymnasiums is needed to increase the income of university stadiums and gymnasiums and reduce the financial pressure of universities.4.The usage rate of tennis venues is low,so it is necessary to expand the use forms of tennis venues from various aspects and angles,expand the source of funds for the maintenance of tennis venues,and promote the development of school tennis.Countermeasures and Suggestions: concept innovation,innovation of management rules and regulations,universities leading the development of campus tennis events,improve the security plan,respond to national policies,change the traditional concept of leadership,establish a scientific venue management system,We will improve the supervision mechanism for the opening and operation of tennis venues and improve their services.To sum up,it is concluded that there is room and conditions for the development of the open operation and management of the tennis stadium of tianjin institute of physical education,and the external operation and management is feasible.
