The Research Of Moral Philosophy In The Perspective Of Coach Technology

Moral education concept is steadfast,fundamental judgment and cognition based on moral education worker’s rational thinking and experience about moral education itself and its value of moral education and realization ways.Moral education is the essential guide of teacher’s teaching behavior which also involves teaching method,teaching approach and teaching effect.Moral education has an important effect on moral education practice.Recently there are a lot of problems that make the level and effect of moral education inefficiency such as the lose of subject of moral education and monotonous teaching method which comes down to insufficient recognition about moral education concept.This shows that it’s imperative to deepening and innovating teacher’s moral education concept.As 21st’s most creative theory,coach technology,regarding person as research center,gathers the quintessence of management,psychology,brain science and so on and it has its unique understanding.Nowadays it has a big theoretical and practical significance to study moral education from the perspective of coach technology.By studying coach technology,we can re-recognize and re-interpret moral education concept and then put forward new moral education concept.Moral education directs teacher’s behavior.It has a huge effect to study moral education from the perspective of coach.From the macro angle,it helps to respond the challenge and opportunity that’s brought by new era’s background and the construction of undergraduate’s recognition of moral education,innovate teacher’s thinking mode and promote the efficiency of moral education’s practice.This paper adopts traditional literature research method,interviewing method,observational method and simple analytic method to study the combination of coach technology and moral education method.Through coach technology,this paper takes a new look at moral education’s relevant idea and puts forward two new concept-the equality of moral education and the high-energy concept of moral education.This paper has two innovative points: firstly the research angle is new and practical;secondly the conclusion is new.By studying coach technology and moral education concept,finally based on coach technology,moral education’s innovative concept can be put forward.
