Study On The Motivation Of College Student’s Responsibility

College students can bear responsibility directly related to the college students’ healthy growth and success in the future,and it is also related to the harmonious development of the country and the prosperity of the socialist cause.College students bearing responsibility is to cultivate and practice the socialist core values.And it is a hot issue concerned by the state,the society and the academia.It has important theoretical value and practical significance to summary the characteristics and influencing factors of college students’ responsibility under the specific social and historical conditions.Studying on the motivation of college students’ responsibility and deepening the regularity of the responsibility for college students are also meaningful.In this paper we used the literature research method,the case study method and the logic analysis method.First of all,the concept of college students’ responsibility to bear and its power are defined.The scientific connotation and the theoretical foundation of college students’ responsibility to bear are described in detail.Then we comprehensively analyzed and summarized the internal power,external power and resistance factor of the students’ responsibility to bear in theory.In addition,the influence factors are in-depth studied.We explored the operation process of college students’ responsibility to bear,and revealed the law of the development of students’ responsibility.Then,based on the the theoretical analysis of the college students’ responsibility to bear,we comprehensively analyzed the typical case of college students ’ responsibility to bear in different historical periods in China.Finally,we put forward the suggestions which can strengthen college students’ responsibility,from college students themselves,external society and the party and the state aspects.They are “Attaching great importance to the self education,to stimulate the inner power of college students’ responsibility to bear;Optimizing the environment,to enhance the external motivation of college students’ responsibility to bear;Strengthening the leadership of the party and country,to overcome the resistance of the college students’ responsibility to bear.
