The Research Of College Student's Responsibility In The Perspective Of Prosocial Behavior Theory

The responsibility of college students is the core of fostering and practicing the socialist core values.The development of research on the responsibility of college students needs to be innovative in the theoretical basis.It should be guided by the theory of political education,and also use relevant theories and methods of other disciplines for reference.The forming process of the responsibility is constituted by three basic elements of responsibility which are responsibility cognition,responsibility feeling and responsibility action.Using the main theories of Pro-social Behavior Theory to analyze the formation mechanism of the college students` responsibility can form the initial framework of college students` responsibility in the respective of Pro-social Behaviors Theory.Take some universities in Tianjin as a case to investigate and analyze the present situations of college students` responsibility.From the results,we can see that the mainstream of college students` responsibility is positive and healthy.However,there still have deficiencies in responsibility cognition,responsibility feeling and responsibility action.Analyzing the influence factors in detail from both social level and individual level,we can see that the imbalance of social environment,the dislocation of college education and the limitation of family education are the main influence factors in social level.And the main influence factors in individual level mainly contain that students` lacking of consciousness leads to lower rational cognitive ability,college students' negative transference in emotion leads that recognition ability is insufficient and college students `weakness in practice leads that the power to bear responsibility is not strong.General principles of cultivating college students' responsibility include Dynamic Principle,Practical Principle,Systematic Principle and Co-constructional Principle.We should explore the way of cultivating and leading college students' responsibility actively under the guidance of general principles.We should establish the social norms of college students' responsibility,namely,to optimize the social environment for the establishment of a social responsibility,to perfect the education mode for the establishment of school,and to advocate the precept for the establishment of family responsibility.We should cultivate college students' intrinsic quality of responsibility,namely,to strengthen the learning of responsibility and reduce the cognitive biases of responsibility,to increase college students' empathy training and strengthen the emotion recognition of responsibility,and to participate in social practice actively and improve the action level of responsibility.
