As the intermediate link of national education,the development scale and level of high school education has an effect upon the quantity and quality of higher education and ordinary labor force,and it will affect a country's economic development.With the development of high school education in China,more and more attention has been paid to the development of high school education.However,there are still some problems such as low investment in resources,low efficiency in resource allocation and uneven allocation of resources.The overall performance of resource allocation is not high,which seriously hampered the overall quality of high school education to enhance.The existing literature studied the objective and content of high school education in macro aspect,and evaluated school conditions and teaching quality and put forward the corresponding countermeasures in micro aspect.Nevertheless,it lacked the interpretation of high school education resource allocation theory and comparative study of different regions and schools in meso aspect.This paper mainly uses the method of case study and empirical research,qualitative research and quantitative research,selecting Tongren as a case,and conducts an in-depth study on the performance of high school education resource allocation.On the basis of the conceptual definition and theoretical analysis,the paper uses the method of DEA to establish the performance evaluation model by using the evaluation index of the input and output by the principal component analysis result.The DEA method is used to compare the high school education resource allocation comprehensive efficiency value in the same time period,different regions and the same type,then classified and ranked it according to the value.It also uses longitudinal analysis of the Malmquist index to understand the longer period,the same region and the same type of high school education resources allocation performance trends,according to the results of the analysis to find the entry point for performance improvement.Analyzes the influencing factors of high school education resource allocation performance,finds out the significance index and selects the appropriate case to further verification,and provides the experience for the next step to improve the performance of high school education resource allocation based on the regression analysis of Tobit Model.
