Research On Financial Guarantee Of Secondary Vocational Education In Chongqing

Over the past 40 years of reform and opening up,the social economy of Chongqing has undergone tremendous changes,secondary vocational education has achieved rapid development.Economy is the direct factor that affects the development of secondary vocational education,secondary vocational education development also has an important impact on economic growth,secondary vocational education is more and more obvious.The development of secondary occupation education funding is the basic guarantee conditions,economy,society,government,family and other factors affect the investment of education funds of medium occupation finance level,medium occupation education funds of financial investment is high,the more able to meet the needs of the development of secondary occupation education.Chongqing as China's youngest municipality directly under the central government,the combination of urban and rural countryside construction pilot exploration base,"The Belt and Road" and the development of the western region is an important hub and an important inland free trade area,need a lot of qualified skilled production workers,the government,enterprises and relevant departments need to increase the social from all walks of life investment in secondary occupation education.In this paper,the use of educational economics,education finance and other disciplines of knowledge,analysis of the financial situation in Chongqing secondary vocational education funds,problems and solutions.Through the analysis of the secondary vocational and financial education funds in different districts and counties of Chongqing,combined with the fact of different districts and counties to explore the law of the financial education funds of the secondary vocational education in Chongqing.This paper makes an analysis on the problems of Chongqing secondary occupation education budget from the microscopic two aspects,in the microcosmic analysis of investment structure and expenditure structure between the counties and districts of Chongqing secondary occupation education budget,in the middle layer in Chongqing overall secondary occupation education funds finance and western provinces and municipalities directly under the central government the secondary occupation education budget for comparative analysis,trying to find the face of Chongqing secondary occupation education budget problems at this stage,the factors and the analysis to the scientific research and improve the pertinence,in order to increase the secondary occupation education funds of financial investment,improve the fund efficiency,provide the feasible policy suggestion.
