Research On The Strategy Of Employment Funds Of Tieli City

Employment issue is a major concern of the government in the process of economic construction in China,which concerns the national economy and the people's livelihood and social stability,and the employment problem of the difficult employment groups is the top priority.To solve the problem of that,our country launched the employment and reemployment related to promote business,set up the employment fund to support employment difficult groups and subsidies.But in the short time of implementation of the employment fund,under the condition of imperfect rules,relevant policy effect is not satisfactory,the employment fund management level of ascension has become an important subject.This research studied the management problem of employment funds in Tie LI,reveals the problems existing in the management of funds,through the field investigation and audit method,combining the actual situation and theory analysis,an analysis of the crux of the problem,and found the key to solve the problem is the management of the implementation of the budget system and improved aspects of performance evaluation system,and should give full play to the technological advantage of big data platform,strengthen basic research and improve the daily management system and solve this problem from multiple angles.This research wanted to be practical.So the countermeasure has reference meaning to actual work.And the research has certain innovation in the big data platform for the significance.This study was limited to the requirements of the audit work.Only the data of 2016 was investigated and studied,and the data comparison of the year was not conducted.At the same time restricted by investigation and audit time is pressing,some of the employment fund management lacks policy basis and strong professional issues not in-depth study,such as public welfare jobs set number and post the workload for approval,etc.,needs further research.
