With the deepening development of the society,the role of talent in society is more and more important and get lots of attention.Institutions of higher learning is very important.Due to the particitation of high school education,the education’s quality is importance to the school’s future.Because of these resations,the teacher of high school is very critical for the education and personnel training.Therefore,college teachers’ job performance will determine the final development of the school.Based on this,establish a scientific and effective,objective and rational high school will good at improving teachers’ comprehensive quality and promoting the comprehensive competitiveness of and ensuring the sustainable development of high school.So it has important practical significance by building the teachers’ performance appraisal system in The second middle school shihezi.we will first to analysis the content and theory of teachers’ performance appraisal system,then analysis the present situation of the teachers’ performance appraisal system of The second middle school shihezi and points out the existing problems and deficiencies.Using the BSC method to build the scientific and reasonable,quantitative,objective,comprehensive and practical operational performance evaluation system of teachers.In this paper,I use the the second middle school shihezi teacher as the research object.Considering current situation of school and the work characteristics of college teachers,these paper will get to use the BSC and Delphi method to analusis the school.At last,the result of this paper will get to implement the teachers’ performance evaluation and application of the assessment results.This paper will consider the theory of HR management and mathematics knowledges,and set up a more complete and SPA indicator system,the teachers’ PAS in the second middle school shihezi get a innovation.The result of this paper will work as a guide in the establishment of the second middle school shihezi,which may be attributable to other high school in carrying out similar work.
