With the development of educational undertaking in China,the educational system has been improved step by step,and the community education is valued in the whole system day by day.In "On Promoting the Construction of Learning-oriented City",Ministry of Education and other seven departments stated that "Achieve a wide range of urban and rural community education and promote social governance innovation",which clearly implies that community education is of great importance in social governance.At present,although the status of community education has been improved day by day in the system of social construction and the whole educational system,the community education management still acquire more attention.In the process of pushing ahead the community education,many problems in management need to be solved urgently.This paper analyzed the community education from the perspective of social governance,trying to put forward some strategies to provide enlightenment or reference for the future research.This paper analyzed the whole community education situation of Panyu District in Guangzhou through literature search and questionnaire survey,finding out some problems in community education,such as lack of participation of community education,insufficiency of professional staff,irregular management and little application of networking technology in community education.This paper also analyzed the reasons of why these problems occurred from five aspects of conception,economy,resource,funding and legal system,at last proposed correspondent strategies with introduction of experience of foreign countries from three levels which are conception,operation and system.This paper mainly used good governance theory,life-long education theory and learning organization theory to analyze the community education in Panyu District for the first time,which was of great significance.One creative point was that after analyzing the present problems of community education in Panyu District from perspective of social governance,some reasons and strategies were also provided.This study made some contributions to helping build the managing system of community education.
