Recent years,scholars pay much attention on the study of teachers' leadership.Through reviewing literatures of teachers' leadership at home and abroad,the study found that most studies at home and abroad focused on connotation of the leadership,teachers' leadership and student,teachers' professional development,the relationship between principal variables.The emphasis of this research is that how to redefine the connotation of primary school teachers' leadership,how to find out hindering and promoting factors affecting primary school teachers' leadership,and evaluate and improve the leadership of primary school teachers.Primary school teachers' leadership mentioned in this paper refers to teachers' creativity,charisma,teaching force,power,reflecting power.This force reflects teachers' abilities of fostering teamwork,educational informationization,improving teaching activities,awareness of problems,reflection on research and professional skills in group activities.This study compiled ‘questionnaire of primary school teachers' leadership',associating with fostering teamwork,improving teaching activities,problem awareness,teaching force and research,professional advocating force.The questionnaire investigated 90 teachers in X primary school school and 83 is effective.Statistics indicates teachers' score on ‘improve teaching activities' and ‘problem awareness,teaching and research ability' is higher than that of ‘fostering teamwork' and ‘professional advocating force'.Therefore,teachers' awareness and attention in X primary school of improving teaching method and using educational technology to make research is much higher than teamwork,awareness of professional identity.In addition,they have lower sense of initiative and responsibility.At the same time,the analysis of individual background' effects for teachers' leadership indicates gender and degree have small effect on the difference of factors of leadership.However,the age and title have a significant effect on ‘improve teaching activities' and ‘professional advocating force',and the higher the title is,the higher the professional advocating force is.Therefore,from the perspective of school,the study proposed setting up the support system and system guarantee of teachers' leadership,improving leadership of principal and middle-level cadres,establishing common cognition and atmosphere of setting up innovational management mechanism.For teachers,taking primary school teachers' leadership into consideration,enhancing peer interaction and communication,focusing on individual learning and strengthening team improvement,improving awareness of problem and reflecting study,enhancing recognition of ability and improve vocational skills.
