Primary and secondary school teachers undertake the important mission of "building virtue and cultivating people".Their work target is billions of children growing up,involving thousands of families.The social mentality of this group is not only of great significance to the overall social atmosphere,but also has an important impact on the young generation and their families.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to investigate the overall social psychology of primary and secondary school teachers.Teachers' social mentality refers to the sum of consistent needs,emotions,cognition and behavior characteristics of teachers formed and changing under the influence of social environment and culture in a certain period.This study examined the social needs,social cognition,social emotion,social behavior and social support in Teachers' social psychology through five core variables:Teachers' job satisfaction,teachers' general self-efficacy,teachers' social emotional ability,teachers' social support and teachers' work input.The thesis is divided into four parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which introduces the social development background of this study in detail,summarizes the relevant research literature,and introduces the overall thinking and investigation scheme of this study.In this study,6757 primary and secondary school teachers from 108 primary and secondary schools in 18 counties in H Province were interviewed by stratified random sampling.The second chapter is the data analysis results of this study.Through descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,difference analysis and regression analysis,the overall conclusions are as follows:1.Primary and secondary school teachers are slightly above the theoretical median in all dimensions of social psychology.Specifically speaking,66.7%of teachers are in the theoretical median or above level in the dimension of teacher satisfaction;54.2%of teachers are in the median or above level in the measurement of general efficacy;96.3%of primary and secondary school teachers are in the theoretical median or above in the dimension of teachers' social emotional ability;94.7%of teachers are in the measurement of teachers' social behavior in the dimension of teachers' work input%In the dimension of teachers' social support,91.4%of teachers are in the middle or above level.2.Primary and secondary school teachers' social psychology has some differences in demographic variables.Specifically,different periods,different teaching ages,whether there is a system or not,whether or not to hold an administrative position have a significant impact on Teachers'satisfaction;gender,school periods,whether or not to hold an administrative position,social status,social expectations and teachers' authority have a significant impact on Teachers' general efficacy;gender,age,teaching age,school location,whether or not to hold an administrative position have a significant impact on Teachers' social emotions Ability has a significant impact;school period,age,education background,head teacher or not,and whether to hold an administrative position have a significant impact on Teachers' work input;gender,school period,whether to hold an administrative position or not,and marital status have a significant impact on Teachers' social support.3.By exploring the interaction mechanism between different dimensions,it is found that teachers' social satisfaction is the most important factor in the social psychology of primary and secondary school teachers.The third chaptero mainly takes the occupational well-being and turnover intention as the external representation of the good and bad social psychology of primary and secondary school teachers,take them as the dependent variable,take each dimension of social psychology as the independent variable,establish the regression equation,and explore the influence of each dimension of social psychology on the working state of primary and secondary school teachers.Regression analysis shows that:after controlling the demographic variables,teachers' satisfaction has the highest determinant on Teachers' occupational well-being and turnover intention.The fourth chapter is based on the social psychology of primary and secondary school teachers reflected in the survey of the construction of primay and secondary school teachers proposed policy recommendations.The current situation of teachers' social psychology reflected in this study provides enlightenment for the construction of teachers' team,including:first,optimizing the structure of teachers and improving the development level of teachers' team.Second,pay attention to special level teachers and improve their job satisfaction.3?Do a good job in "addition and subtraction" of teachers' growth,cultivate a healthy social mentality;fourth,innovate management concepts,and highlight humanistic feelings.5?Strengthen the training and training,optimize the teaching staff.6?Create a good working environment and build a social support network for teachers.7?Strengthen self adjustment and maintain a positive attitude.
