With the rapid development of preschool education in our country,more and more attention is paid to the professional development of kindergarten teachers from national to local.In the background of the GSP,preschool education development in Shenzhen city for professional development of kindergarten teachers put forward higher requirements.Nanshan District is the first strong education district in Guangdong province,which has made great strides in preschool education the development in recent years.The professional development of kindergarten teachers refers to a process that under the protection of the related education policy and system objective factors,the teachers consciously improve their professional philosophy and ethics,enhance their professional knowledge,strengthen their professional ability,constantly update and improve internal professional structure,which also gradually reach the professional development of kindergarten teachers standard.The study is on the basis of the previous research on preschool teacher professional development theory,based on the background of “Preschool Teachers' Professional Standard ‘(Trial)' ".Mainly using the literature method,questionnaire method,interview method and observation method,it has chosen kindergarten teachers as the research object,so as to reveal the status of kindergarten teachers' professional development in Nanshan District.By comparing the differences between different stages of kindergarten teachers' professional development level,the study explores the affecting factors of Nanshan District kindergarten teachers' professional development,and then puts forward the reasonable countermeasures,in order to enrich the research content and better promote the professional development of Teachers in the kindergarten of Nanshan District.The results of the study showed that Nanshan District preschool teachers presents the following characteristics: most young teachers' professional levels should be progressed;“Continuing Education” acted actively which significantly improve the level of education;Teacher certification holding rate needs to be promoted;lower wages reveals the treatment of teachers needs to be improved;the overall development level is higher,but the kindergarten teachers professional level should be improved.Professional development in various fields is as follows.Professional philosophy and Ethics: lack of understanding and awareness of the kindergarten teachers' occupation;kindergarten teachers' professional philosophy and ethics development level of GSP is higher than the others.Field of e xpertise: Full-time Teachers lack the relative knowledge of children's development.Field of professional competence: the evaluation ability of full-time preschool teachers is relatively low.Following countermeasures are put forward according to the results of the study.The government level should steadily rise wages,provide the basic guarantee for the professional development of kindergarten teachers;improve the mechanism of professional training,provide growth path for the professional development of kindergarten teachers;give full play to the role of Teacher Development Center,providing top-level support for the professional development of teachers;improve the continuing education policy to perfect the teachers' professional level.The kindergarte n level training contents should be determined by the needs of teachers;various kindergarten-based training should be carried out for different types of teachers;innovate the kindergarten-based training mode to meet the different needs of teachers.Teachers themselves should deepen the understanding and recognition of occupation Knowledge,enhance professional development self-confidence,while focusing on improving their ability to motivate and evaluate children,as well as the use of comprehensive evaluation methods.
