With the transformation of society,the rapid development of economy,vocational education by the country more and more attention,to promote the development of vocational education,however,the problem is also a long time to come.Especially the development of secondary vocational education,faced with two important problems to be solved,one is the construction of the style of construction of secondary vocational schools;the second is the employment of secondary vocational schools.And this article will be combined with the relationship between the two to study,to find ways to solve the problem and countermeasures out.Therefore,this article first defines the secondary vocational school,the construction of the style of study,and the connotation of employment,so as to lay the foundation for discussing the relationship between the construction of study style and employment.Changsha construction engineering school as the object of investigation,through the investigation and study found that the existing style of study is getting worse,one because of the school system and management issues;the second is due to the students themselves;third because of the problems in society;Due to social problems.The lag of the construction of the study style leads to the decline of the comprehensive quality of the students,which leads to the employment situation is not optimistic.Therefore,the author through the investigation and study of the status quo of secondary vocational schools,the reasons and their problems,such as the enthusiasm of students is not high,the school management system is not perfect,teachers need to improve the professional quality.At the same time,the employment of secondary vocational schools has been difficult,vocational education needs to be synchronized with the community,to understand the needs of the community,the needs of enterprises in order to set the appropriate curriculum.In this paper,this paper believes that the construction of style of study to promote the improvement of employment rate,the style of study will affect the development of employment,and employment reaction to the construction of style of study,the two are complementary,mutual promotion,lack of,two-way improvement will be two The relationship between the main ways.Therefore,in the face of the construction and employment of secondary vocational schools,the author thinks that the construction of style of study requires both the promotion of employment and the comprehensive quality of the teachers themselves to improve the quality of teaching and teaching.Combining with the practice and enterprise's experience and human resources,To expand the students' knowledge,in order to achieve the purpose of improving the enthusiasm of students to learn,so as to improve the secondary vocational school style of study.In addition,the improvement of the employment rate of secondary vocational schools,the need for schools to carry out vocational education,strengthen career planning,improve the overall quality of students and professional skills,especially in response to national calls and policies,the depth of integration of schools and enterprises close Relations,schools and enterprises to establish a teaching platform,"teaching,learning,do" integrated training,the establishment of market-oriented "school,business,government" between the three-dimensional cooperation model.These measures can not only enhance the guidance of the industry in secondary vocational education teaching,but also allow professional teaching and technology are closely linked to improve students' practical ability to increase social competitiveness and cultivate market-oriented technical service talents.Therefore,the construction of learning style and employment to promote each other,the construction of learning style to promote the improvement of employment rate,and improve the employment rate to guide the construction of style of study.
