The development of science and technology has brought profound changes to education in the internet age.Education is more concerned with the individual feelings of learners.Instruction pays more attention to the improvement of learns' abilities and the development of comprehensive quality.The instruction reform of higher education is imperative.Customized instruction,which pays attention to individual characteristics of learners,is of great significance to the instruction reform in the internet era.The main contents of this research include the following aspects.Firstly,the research demonstrated the necessity of the higher education reform under the background of “Internet+” from social transformation,technology development,education reform and other aspects.Under the guidance of “Internet + education” and the internet thinking,the conception of customization is introduced to apply into higher education instructional design,and puts forward customized instruction in university under the background of “Internet+”.Through discussing present situation of theoretical research and practical research about customized instruction,the research clarify the significance and value of the research on the customized instruction in university under the background of “Internet+”,and puts forward the corresponding research ideas and research methods.Secondly,the research analyzes the theoretical basis about university customized instruction from multiple perspectives.Because the research on customized instruction under the background of “Internet+” is still in the exploratory stage,the research combines existing theories and practice cases and explores the customized instruction theory,which lay the theoretical foundation for the customized instructional design.The research analyzes the feasibility and dilemma of customized instruction in universities,eliminating the misunderstanding of customized instruction.Then the research analyzes the connotation and value of customized instruction in university in different visions,and tries to describe the rich connotation of customized instruction from many angles.Thirdly,through the re-analysis of majors,curriculums and courses,instruction resources,and the structure of the university,the research stands for that majors,curriculums and courses,and instruction resources must be fully integrated based on the online platform.On the basis of theory above,the research analyzes the logical framework of the design about customized instruction system under the background of “Internet+”.Based on the support of the logical framework,the research further illustrates the specific framework and module design.Finally,the research completes the design of customized instruction system supported by technology,and puts forwards feasible tool strategy for the development of customized instruction.Lastly,the research design instructional plan for the specific instruction content and single course after the completion of the macro system design,and shows an example.The design of customized instruction includes instruction objectives,learning objectives,instruction content,instruction resources,instruction evaluation,and instruction method and so on.The research structures an instructional plan for specific instruction content,in order to clearly explain and show the customized instruction in university under the background of “Internet+”,making it become a feasible direction of higher education reform.
