Teacher s ' classroom problem behaviors refer to the behaviors of teachers in the classroom,which are in violation of teaching requirements or classroom norms,and affect the classroom teaching result.The study of teacher s ' classroom problem behaviors has important implications for further standardizing teachers 'classroom behaviors,improving teachers' quality and optimizing classroom effect.Furthermore,from the perspective of education management,teacher management is an important part.The study of teachers' classroom problem behaviors can help to manage teachers better,improve the overall quality of teachers and professionalism.At present,there are few researches on classroom problem behaviors of primary school teachers.Most of them are in theory and empirical data is less,all of them use the questionnaire to analyze the data and draw the conclusion.This study is an empirical study,through in-depth classroom observation of primary school teachers in H primary school,then record the performances of them and do statistics and analysis.To research the classroom problem behaviors of primary teachers,this study takes H primary school in the city of Liaocheng as an example.The main contents of this study include:(1)to record the performances of primary school teachers 'classroom problem behaviors;(2)to analyze the causes of primary school teachers' classroom problem behaviors;(3)to propose the correction strategies of primary school teachers' classroom problem behaviors.This study mainly adopts the literature method,interview method and non-participant observation method.By observing the 26 classes of 24 teachers in H primary school,the teachers' classroom problem behaviors are recorded,sorted out,statistically analyzed.The following conclusions:(1)Primary school teachers' classroom behaviors mainly manifested in two aspects:lack of professional quality and deviation of teaching.(2)The environment of primary school teachers,the quality of students to a certain extent,the impact of the psychological quality of teachers and classroom behavior,leadingto primary school teachers in the classroom problem behaviors to some extent.The main reason is the quality of teachers themselves.(3)In order to correct classroom problem behaviors of primary school teachers,schools and teachers need to make their efforts,especially teachers to continuously improve the level of education and management capacity.
