Education is a kind of scarce resources,and its production and distribution of the fairness has been an important issue affecting the development of society.It is proposed that with the development of information technology,online education will break the scarcity of educational resources,to achieve educational fairness,to meet the needs of everyone's development.However,it is found that online education does not fundamentally solve the problem in the study.Technology development enriched the educational resources of production in a certain extent,but the production of online education and the distribution itself will be restrained by the social relations of production.They can also increase the education resources gap between different groups.Firstly,this paper selected the theory of Marx's theory of personal development and the theory of labor division as the foundation of educational equity theory.Secondly,this paper analyzes the problems that may be encountered in solving the problems of education fairness based on the theory of educational equity.Finally,this paper takes the MOOC curriculum as the research object,and discusses the two aspects of the technical and production relations in the process of online education in the practical process to solve the technical and production relations.It is found that there is an unfair phenomenon in the distribution of educational content and educational resources.This unfair phenomenon is fundamentally restricted by the production and division of labor.In addition to the technical progress,the online education should consider the restriction of social distribution relation to the fair distribution of educational resources.In the development of online education,we should reduce the capital in the distribution of the right to decide,pay more attention to the needs of people...
