The rapid development of information and communication technology drives the information process of the whole society,which has a subversive impact on many industries.In the field of education,it has created a new way of knowledge dissemination,the presentation and acquisition of learning content,learning experience and teaching means,which is different from the traditional education mode.It has gradually changed all aspects of the field of education and has had a profound impact.MOOC,as a new teaching mode,has also been placed high hopes in the field of higher education.With its unique advantages of no time,space,number limit and global high-quality resource sharing,MOOC has attracted the attention of experts and scholars in the field of higher education.In theory,MOOC allows students to have independent choice in the time,place and teacher of knowledge transfer,which provides a new weapon for a more equitable higher education.But in reality,what is the impact of MOOC on the equity of higher education?Does it promote the equity of higher education? How can we make MOOCS a better tool for the fair service of higher education? This paper hopes to find the answers to these questions through the analysis of the current situation.This paper first analyzes the value of MOOC and the current situation and problems of higher education equity in China,discusses the value of MOOC in promoting higher education equity in China,and then summarizes and analyzes the current situation of MOOC in promoting higher education equity in China through literature analysis and expert interviews,and then compares the experience of other typical countries in the development of MOOC,combined with the analysis of the impact on the development of higher education equity The analysis and prediction of the development trend of MOOC under the guidance of the same theory.Finally,the paper comes to the strategic suggestions that can effectively promote the equity of higher education in China,that is,the government needs to bring the development of MOOC into the unified planning of higher education development,and guide and regulate the development of MOOC,improve the quality of MOOC teaching by standardizing the quality system of MOOC curriculum,improve the attractiveness of MOOC to students by improving the credit certification system of MOOC,and improve the quality of MOOC teaching by improving the low level of teachers According to the investigation and analysis of the University,we should build a number of high-quality MOOCS on demand,so as to promote the development of MOOCS and promote the equity of higher education.
