The rapid developments of information technology made it into the we media age,blogs,Microblog,and We Chat as representatives of we media,have already become the most active subject network transmission and the emerging field of public opinion for the present.In the we media,the production and dissemination of information are very large,and everyone is the news communicators,which makes the situation of University's Public Opinion Crisis Management has become more and more severe.If the colleges could not timely and effectively handle the incidents suddenly happened in the colleges,disseminated by the social network platform,may cause crises incidents of the network public opinion,which will affect the normal order of teaching and have bad influences in colleges' internal stability and social images.Therefore,in the we media age,how to improve the ability to cope with the pubic opinion crises and take control of the loss and damage at a minimum,which has become the real issues that the college administrators have to consider.This paper is based on the analyses of connotation and features of the network public opinion crisis,pointed out the problems existed in the process of solving the network public opinion crisis,for example,inadequate use for the we media,inaccuracy to the public opinion's analysis,passive and hysteretic actions to the consensus guidance,single way to deal with the public opinion crises.Then deeply analyzed the reasons why colleges have problem in dealing with these crises,mainly including outdated ideas on crisis management,not smooth in information communication,immature technology on monitor public opinion,unsound guide mechanism to public opinion.Finally the paper is aimed at putting forward some countermeasures to resolve public opinion crisis by researches of the former parts,indicating that in dealing with the public opinion crisis,colleges should follow these principles of people oriented,responsibility taking,rapid response,information disclosure,united caliber,last but not least,strengthening the network public opinion monitoring and early warning,establishing a sound public opinion guidance mechanism and improving the crisis recovery after the crisis is dissipated.Through these measures,the article try to seek effective solutions to promote college's abilities to work out the crises and maintain colleges' image,reputation and stability.
