World-class universities play a pivotal role in promoting national economic development and nurturing talent.The entrepreneurial economy also plays a key role in the development of today's society.In this context,to further promote the construction of world-class universities and comprehensively promote the development of innovative entrepreneurship education has become an important issue in China's higher education.It is also a prerequisite for the implementation of entrepreneurship education to cultivate innovative entrepreneurial talents and promote entrepreneurship education,which is the inherent requirement of colleges and universities for the aim of promoting the construction of world-class universities as well.Therefore,in order to promote the construction and reform of entrepreneurship in world-class universities in China,it is not only important and also necessary to explore the organizational model of entrepreneurship education in world-class universities.This research takes Massachusetts Institute of Technology as an example for its good reputation and outstanding achievements in the area of cultivating talents and entrepreneurship education,for the purpose of providing reference for China to build world-class universities and advancing entrepreneurship education.This paper mainly uses the case study method,together with comparative analysis,historical research and literature analysis to analyze the entrepreneurship education organization model of one world-class university(Massachusetts Institute of Technology).On the basis of analyzing the history of its development,the author analyzes the external organization model of MIT's entrepreneurship education based on government,industry and university itself.Besides that,the author analyzes its internal organization of the operation model,which is based on the integration of entrepreneurial education resources and the construction of organization,including Martin Trust Entrepreneurship Center,Technology Licensing Office,Media Labs,Deshpande Technology Innovation Center and other organizations.Based on the analysis of the organization model of the world-class university MIT,the author further analyzes the deep causes of the formation of entrepreneurship education organizations in MIT from both internal and external aspect.This paper combines the current situation and problems of the organization model of entrepreneurship education in China from two aspects.Externally,it refers to the unclear cooperating relationship among Chinese universities,government and the industry.Internally,it points to the incomplete operation mechanism of the entrepreneurship education organization.By learning from the experience of MIT,to provide appropriate advice and inspiration for the organization of entrepreneurship education in our universities and for the construction of world-class universities,which is not only to strengthen cooperation among government,universities and industry from the external aspect,but also to form an ecological system,which is led by the formation of entrepreneurship centers,and with the cooperation of other organizations involved in.
