Under The Modern University System College Students' Participation In Democratic Management Of Universities

Internal management characteristics of modern university system with Chinese characteristics is "party committee leadership,the principal responsibility,research professor,democratic management",democratic management is the foundation of the modern university system.As the main object of the university's ideological and political education,college students occupy an important position in democratic management.Democratic management of universities is an important method to guarantee the democratic rights and interests of college students and cultivate the rational thinking of them.It is beneficial to improve the comprehensive quality of college students and to give full play to the good results of management education.Based on the modern university system and reviews about democratic management in colleges and universities,this literature inducted and summed up the modern university system connotation and scope of the college students to participate in the democratic management in colleges and universities.In this empirical research,this article took undergraduate students of Dalian University of Technology as the research object,taking the form of questionnaire to survey about 500 undergraduate students and analysis of the data to carry on the summary,then concluded that current college students to participate in the democratic management in colleges and universities in cognition,the path of participation,participation,and participation in the status of the system.Concluding that universities have higher enthusiasm in participation of the democratic management in colleges by data analysis,while in the actual participation in the process of this participation is poor;Although college students can get involved in all aspects of the democratic management,there are several short defects such as the overall participation rate is low,participation level is not high etc.;Universities offer the participation of many paths,but the path of university students participated in for all kinds of acceptance levels were not neat.Individual involved in little good path and feedbacks,incentives and supervisory mechanisms are not sound,influencing the effect of the participation of college students.According to the result of the investigation,this article on college students to be involved in the problems encountered in the democratic management in colleges and universities put forward relevant Suggestions and countermeasures,which plays the lead role of ideological and political education,mobilize students to participate in actively,cultivating college students' ability to participate in the democratic management,updating the concept of the education of ideological and political education workers;Refined the system of the hierarchy of college students in participating in the democratic management and to strengthen the construction of law as the national level,to associate of the university as the carrier to carry out the specific implementation details,established a degree of interest and participation ability of combining the participation conditions;To improve the mechanism of college students to participate in the democratic management in colleges and universities,in order to strengthen communication feedback mechanism,incentive mechanism to inspire enthusiasm,to oversee mechanism safeguard effect;Widen participation path,constantly improve existing participation channels,expand the scope of the network involved in promote college students' self-management level.
