Everyone has many and various intelligence,but there are some different levels among their intelligence,and each kind of intelligence can get some development through training.Based on a full understanding about the differences of the students' intelligence,it's very necessary to use multiple intelligence th\eory to guide the chemistry personalized teaching,and train personal ability for students in senior high school.The two object classes in this study are selected from Shiqian National Secondary School of Guizhou province,45 students are selected in each class,and named them as class A and class B(their basied ability almost the same),respectively.The class A is experimental class and class B is contrast class,they are all taught by the author.First of all,the initial chemistry ability levels of the students in the two classes were evaluated by monthly examination at September,2015.Then,the experimental class was given guidance by the self-directed learning and cooperative learning of teaching methods based on the multiple intelligence theory and combined with the status of the students.The contrast class was still taught by the traditional teaching method.After 120 days,the two classes were tested by monthly examination again.The results show that the ability of class A which was guided based on the multiple intelligences theory was promoted.Compared with the traditional teaching method,there are some advantages of the personalized classroom which is guided by the multiple intelligence theory in senior high school:(1)Democracy and Equality;(1)Dual Subjectivity;(3)Unique Novelty.Applying the multiple intelligences theory to guide individualized teaching has changed the traditional concept of chemistry teaching in senior high school.On the one hand,it can change the traditional teaching view,fulfill the learner-based teaching which respect students differences in abilities and develop students' initiative.On the other hand,it makes teaching evaluation diversified,combines process evaluation and summative evaluation to evaluate students' ability and makes the evaluation result more convincing..The advantages of applying the multiple intelligences theory to guide individualized teaching are:(1)It is beneficial to stimulate the interest of students in learning;(1)It is beneficial to the individual's intelligence special skills;(3)It is conducive to promote the healthy growth of students' physical and mental health.Therefore,the use of multiple intelligences theory in the teaching of chemistry in senior high school is not only accord with the concept of the new curriculum reform,but also meaningful for implementing quality-oriented education and the training all-round and multi-level talents.
