A Study On External Governance Of Teaching Service Oriented University Based On Symbiosis Theory

In 21 st Century,with the continuous adjustment and transformation of social economic structure,University has transformed from the "ivory tower" which is away from the secular life to the social "axis",and has a close relationship with the external social governance units.As a type of Application-oriented universities,Teaching Service Oriented University is rooted in the local place,services the local place and contacts with the local place more closely,so its external governance issues are particularly prominent.This paper selects the "Symbiosis Theory" as the theoretical basis of the study,taking T University positioning for the "Teaching Service Oriented University" as an example,to explore the external governance of Teaching Service Oriented University.Firstly,discussing symbiotic units,symbiotic environment and symbiotic model and so on which are related theory of external governance of Teaching Service Oriented University;Secondly,mainly through interviewing the relevant management personnel of the government,local enterprises and T University,finding the external governance units' niche positions are not accurate,the external governance environment needs to be optimized and the integrated external governance model has not yet formed are realistic predicaments of external governance of T University at present;Finally,through in-depth analysis of the realistic predicaments,based on Symbiosis Theory,putting forward to position the external governance units accurately;create a suitable external governance environment and construct the integrated external governance model to achieve the coordination pattern of external governance of Teaching Service Oriented University,and to construct external governance symbiotic system of Teaching Service Oriented university as a whole,and to promote the healthy development of Teaching Oriented University.
