Research On The Talent Training Mode Of Integration Of Prodution And Education In Higer Vocational Colleges Based On "Internet +"

The integration of industry and education is the essential feature of vocational education.The rapid development of vocational education has mushroomed,and the number of vocational colleges has been increasing.The integration of industry and education can not only improve the quality of talent training in vocational colleges,but also improve the ability of vocational colleges to serve the society."Internet +",as the representative of a new economic form,in under the tide of the reform,big data,cloud computing and Internet of things as a representative of the mobile Internet of emerging technologies,is bound to trigger a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution,at the same time,these "Internet +" changes and transformations of the industrial development cannot leave the technical support of skilled talents,thus research under the background of "Internet +" vocational education fusion education development present situation and existing problems of talent training mode,With the help of the advantages and features of "Internet +" improve the current problems existing in the fusion education training mode to improve the quality of vocational colleges and universities personnel training and enhance the capacity of vocational colleges to serve the society with practical significance.This paper is based on strategic alliance theory,resource dependence theory and stakeholder theory supporting for full text theory and using the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview within a couple of representative vocational colleges and universities in Hubei province to research fusion education present situation investigation,the cultivation model of recycling and using the statistics software to questionnaire statistical analysis of data collected first-hand interview data,through the analysis we have a conclusion that most vocational colleges in the process of integration education personnel training exist the following problems:less attention on the cultivation of students’ overall qualities;the curriculum system lacks pertinence and the course content lags behind;the teaching process is not interactive enough and students in vocational colleges have poor ability of independent learning;the construction of digital education resources is not ideal.These problems will affect the quality of vocational education talent training.Finally,this paper aims at the problems in integration education personnel training,putting forward reform and new strategy under the background of "Internet+" personnel training,namely,on the basis of the comprehensive and profound understanding of"Internet +" connotation and characteristics,setting up the "Internet +" concept of talent training,each will embrace and talent cultivation process,forming multiple training target,course system,dynamic,interactive teaching process,the education resource sharing,teaching evaluation of comprehensive "five one" the fusion education reform strategies of talents cultivation,to resolve the contradiction between supply and demand of talent caused by the transformation and upgrading of industry development.
