sports,professional status of teachers,can the objective present situation of teachers’ specialization,formulate and improve relevant policies for the government to provide data support,promote sports teachers professional development.Paper adopts literature data method,questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation method,interview method,mathematical statistics,explores the sports teachers especially in guizhou,the path of specialization,and the basic situation of the theoretical knowledge reserve,motor skills,education,scientific research innovation,the current situation of teachers’ professional ethics,etc,and further study the influencing factors of sports special teachers specialization in guizhou,put forward feasible countermeasures for the existing problems.Results:(1)through the implementation of the "work plan",added the number of villages and towns school teachers,injected fresh blood for the school,also brings new teaching ideas and teaching methods for the school.But a serious shortage of villages and towns school teacher quantity,causemost of the sports teachers pluralism,working pressure less time to rest,didn’t have the energy to undertake after learning;(2)sports teachers more professional path,but it can effectively solve the problem of path,most of the education and training are too formal,targeted poor,cannot effectively solve the sports special teachers in the real problems in the education teaching,it is difficult to sports teachers to participate in the enthusiasm of more professional training;(3)most of sports especially teachers before the induction through four years of college,reserve a certain theoretical knowledge,but after the induction due to poor pertinence,more professional training and sports,teachers don’t seriously,to after training or study sports theoretical knowledge poor results expand;(4)the sports teachers of sports skills,basic can meet the villages and towns school sports teaching and led training,but for sports teachers especially since the reinforcement of sport technology,and the ability of the movement in an inactive state;(5)the sports teachers pluralism of work experience and the practice exercise,make guizhou province sports education ability of teachers improved significantly,but for new teaching methods,teaching means,lack of research and application;(6)Guizhou province
