As an important part of China's education system,the development of special education has been paid more and more attention to by the government and the society.The development of special education,teachers should advance.The construction of a higher level of teaching staff is the basis for the development of special education in China.This thesis focuses on the special education teachers' specialization of this important task and Based on the special education center in Hebei,Baoding.What's more,literature analysis,questionnaire survey and interview were used to analyze the present situation of teacher professionalization.Through the analysis of the teachers' professional status of the professional development of teachers found widespread occupation low threshold,serious loss of teachers,pre service training,in-service training and lack of shortage of teaching research level low and policy support is not high.To solve these problems,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for promoting the special education teachers' professional development,such as constructing the perfect teacher training system,strengthen the educational and teaching research ability,establish and perfect the support and protection policies,establishing incentive mechanism,optimize the curriculum structure of teacher training.
