Under the background of the multi ethnic and multi language special education in China,it is very important to develop the diversified teaching mode based on this special situation.Because the minority area is economically underdeveloped areas,the natural environment is very bad,weak teaching force,hardware facilities is relatively backward,and education groups for minority students in the actual teaching process,we need to consider various factors.Many ethnic minorities in Xinjiang,as a key area of bilingual education,undertakes the important responsibility of national bilingual education for junior high school,teaching of ethnic minorities as an important part of bilingual teaching,its importance is self-evident.As a key link in the teaching task of middle school students,physics teaching plays an important role in middle school teaching.This paper mainly investigates the problems existing in the junior middle school physics teaching in the junior high school(second cases of Hotan County junior high school).In recent years,Hotan County Government and the education sector have invested a lot of manpower,material and financial resources to develop bilingual education for ethnic minorities,and made great achievements.The various classes of 2043,the number of kindergartens(pre-school): 396,1141,372 primary school,junior high school 134,high school occupation set 16 professional class.County bilingual classes have 1209.The county for 77221 students,including: the number of children in the park,the number of primary school students in 38633,the number of junior high school students in the number of 15132,the number of ordinary high school students in the number of vocational high school students in the number of 5705,the number of 1752,the number of students,the number of high school students in the number of students,the number of students in the number of students.The county's total of 35888 school-age children in primary school,enrollment has 35859,enrollment rate of 99.9%,a total of 14723 junior high school age youth,has 14846 enrollment,enrollment rate of 100.8%,a total of 200 children with disabilities,enrolled 189 enrollment rate of 94.5%,15 years the total number of 4795 to 4791 the number of elementary education.Primary education completion rate of 99.92%,5394 of the total number of 17 years of life,completion of junior secondary education 5327 the number of junior secondary education completion rate of 99.12%.Through my investigation found that Hotan County Junior High School Physical Education in current bilingual education management mode has the following problems: teacher problems: the language barrier in the process of teaching,the education idea is obsolete,the efficiency of experimental courses is not high.There are problems in the students: learning attitude is not correct,learning interest is not high,the ability of self-awareness after school hours,poor contact with practical ability.The problems of the basic education departments and schools: the emphasis on the bilingual teaching in junior high school is not high enough.In view of the above situation,the data analysis of survey results after I put forward opinions and suggestions to improve the bilingual teaching in Hotan County junior high school physics teaching quality: strengthening teachers' team,arrange the course for bilingual teaching,the New Junior High School Bilingual preparatory classes,improve the education departments and schools attention.
