Bilingual teachers in minority areas,as a special group with the task of cross-cultural bilingual teaching,are faced with different ethnic backgrounds and students who have different cultural background and language background.On the one hand,bilingual teachers need to improve their professional level and knowledge reserve,Knowledge is effectively passed on to them.On the other hand need to adjust their own constantly adapt to and accept different from their own cultural background of other national culture.Which for them,is undoubtedly a huge challenge.What is the current situation of post-vocational education for Ethnic Bilingual Teachers of Han Nationality in Ethnic Minority Areas? What problems do they face in the professional development process? This is the author's research problem.In this study,qualitative research methods were used for field investigation.Based on the principle of objective sampling,we selected 8 Chinese bilingual teachers as the subjects of this study,and named them A-H respectively.Based on participatory observation of bilingual teachers' education and daily life,this study has compiled a semi-structured interview outline on the post-vocational education of young Han teachers.The survey of post-vocational education of bilingual teachers in ethnic minority areas in southern ethnic minority areas In order to ensure the completeness and comprehensiveness of the data,8 interviewees were interviewed on the present situation,post-vocational education current situation and post-vocational education expectation of Han nationality bilingual teachers.The interview time,Were 30-60 minutes,in the interview process according to the answer of the subjects were asked,and according to the data collected for a return visit.Because of acquaintances A prior introduction,the respondents' alertness is not strong,more willing to open their heart,It provides a guarantee to obtain authentic and reliable information.And because the author and object same as the Han,in the S rural,such a few Han compatriots inhabited villages and towns,it is easier and closer to the object of study.In order to ensure the reliability and validity of the data,the author have repeatedly triangular validation.The interview on the bilingual teachers of the Han Chinese primary and secondary schools mainly focused on the status quo of post-vocational education,through the analysis and participatory observation of the interview data,the attitude,needs,ways,contents and effects of post-vocational education This paper summarizes and summarizes the status quo and problems of the post-secondary education of the bilingual teachers of the Han minorities in S rural primary schools,and deeply considers the causes of the post-employment education problems,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions according to known reasons.With a view to the southern region of the post-vocational education and the development of professional bilingual teachers in the Han have a certain reference.
